Baytown Senior Village

"I'd give this place -5 stars if I could. I have an elderly relative who lives here and has had constant issues with the complex manager. This manager intimidates, doesn't take resident's concerns seriously, and has HORRIBLE people skills. My relative has had issues with ROACHES that was not properly addressed. She has had issues with her smoke alarm that hasn't been taken seriously. Maintenance has BARGED in unannounced into her apartment. And now there's an issue with her having exterior decor, that makes absolutely no sense...decor that she's had as long as she's been there which is years at this point. The negligence of this place is both unhealthy and unsafe. These residents deserve better! Residents should feel safe, comfortable and happy in their home! That is something that this property manager has successfully robbed from these residents. I strongly recommend looking elsewhere for yourself or your loved ones."

"These apartments have been here in Semmes for seven years. Residents at the apartments can't get any maintenance done, there is one man & wife that have leaks in there roof and the sheetrock is falling down. You can't hardly catch anyone at office on site. Their are a number of apartments that are vacant, they can't rent because the maintenance that needs to be done on them!"

"Nice Apartments does it mean to greet going up on the money they're seniors and disabled people that live there the money it's too much to go up on treat all of them the same well I don't have their flowers they don't have much to live for because a lot of the families don't come and see him"

"My Aunt lives here. The residents help each other out. The property managers keep the lawn well maintained and keep watch over the residents."

"I have a 2 bedroom apartment here. I love it. 2 things keep me from giving it 5 stars. There is no covered parking, and the inability to get someone on the phone. Not even call backs."
