"Do NOT book an appointment with Mike Paige. He makes appointments with clients and does not show up. He does not call to cancel or answer the phone when you try to reach him. When we were able to reach him days later, he scheduled a make up haircut to address the inconvenience and did not show up again. We are adult professionals with businesses to tend to. We do not have time to waste going to a shop for multiple haircuts and be stood up. This is extremely unprofessional and inappropriate. He was unapologetic and unremorseful in his treatment. He failed to offer an adequate reason for his absence or even a sincere apology. If this could be a ZERO star review, it would be."
