"The office staff can be very rude. Especially two office staff, Paula & Jennifer. Yesterday Paula was decent. And I put Jennifer in her place over the phone. My agent quit & wasn't even notified, even after trying to get a hold of him the other two times. So the 4th call I was NOT nice. With them knowing I was trying to get a hold of him, I should have been contacted up in his departure. Jennifer then became better. But it's ridiculous with the rudeness & no communication. And I am not the only one with a problem with this."

They are fast as hell communicating & if you’re lucky enough to get Paula when you call she is someone that enjoys her job and she goes the extra mile to Be so helpful. She was so happy and kind while she got the job done. Rare these days. Sure everyone else is great but this is my personal experience So I’m saying what I know . Gibson County make sure and ask for Nathan Beloat or Robert Vermilion. Nathan thanks for helping my dad with all the adjustments he needed to do;it’s greatly appreciated beyond any words . . "The total loss department is terrible. Took me a month just to get ahold of the woman dealing with my situation it that department. Its been 3 months since I had a bad accident and my Jeep was a total loss. Still don't have things completed on their end. Everything else has always been great."
