"I've lived here for a year with my two kids, and we have had a fantastic experience. The office and maintenance staff are helpful, friendly, and communicative. The property is improving every week with things like new exterior paint, playground upgrades, pressure washing the pool area. This is a great value for the money and a very safe, happy place to live."

"To be my first apartment i had high hopes and didn’t expect to it to turn out how it did. To start out off i was brought in by one property manager and exited by a “new” property manager who knew nothing about what was going on when i first moved it. When i first moved in i had drawers falling out when i pulled them off, Dish washer was dirty, roaches in the pantry, dishes still in the cabinets, bath room half finished, bugs in the rugs, marks on back of the doors, and the list goes on. I brought all this into the “old property managers” attention and she made notes of this. And also to mention when i moved into an suppose to be “move in ready apartment” i didn’t not even have an functioning sink. Sink was stopped up and water was going every where when the water was turned on. As the 8 months went on new neighbors came. And marijuana and smoke of some form started coming down into my apartment “because i lived on the bottom” called numerous of times property officers came the first 2 times but after that i was left dealing with the smoke my self but they did nothing about it. Also had property stole out of my vehicle. As i was about to move out i was charged 430 dollars for “clean up” and lost keys fees. But being this was a new property manager she didn’t know the story about the key situation. I could never get my mail box keys kept trying and trying eventually got tired of going back and forward and gave up with trying. I brought that to her attention and all i got was an “okay I’ll take $10 off leaving my to pay $420. By no means do i live in an nasty environment. Probably was an little dirt here and there from going in and out the apartment from moving the stuff out and that costed me $420. And when i called asking for a sheet showing me how the $420 accumulated i was left unanswered. Most likely charged for the damage on the walls from the previous people that she knew nothing about because of the poor management. Worst experience i could imagine having."

"if people would look the lower reviews on here are from years ago! it is 5star now with new management!! the office staff is wonderful jill is the main reason we choose this apartment complex for my daughter who is a college student away from home. she made it feel like home and that my daughter is safe. we have had a few maintenance problems but they were seen to and corrected promptly. all we had to do was report it. our apartment is very clean spacious and absolutely no pest issues at all. the office staff really worked with us to meet our needs and took into consideration what we were looking for when selecting which apartment would be best. it's a very quiet and friendly apartment complex. would definitely recommend."

"As a current resident, the staff has gone above and beyond to make my living experience here comfortable and easy. The 24 hour maintenance is prompt and reliable with any emergency repairs needed. The office manager is sweet and treats us as one of her own family. As a mother with two young children, this has made me feel at ease here, and that means the world to me! Very highly recommend this place!"

"Apartment staff is really nice but we've had a lot of issues. I think it's just the apartment we are in though. We've had the place sprayed for roaches 3 times and we still see them everywhere. I clean my apartment everyday. We have a hole in the cieling that leaks I've complained and it's been a month still not fixed. Don't get an apartment on the bottom floor."
