"If your thinking about moving here beware of the things that go on at the apt. At the beginning it was great, the apartment is fairly new considering it was built In 2020. In the beginning we had kay fobs and keyless entry to our door then they switched to a manual key lock door. Which were terrible and you had to pull the door in at the same time in order to lock it every time. It is a gated community BUT the gate stays open more often than not. When it is closed you have to put your code in multiple times to get the gate to open. There are no cameras in the parking lot, and the one camera they have is a side view of your car when leaving. There were multiple reports of things being stolen out of cars while we were there. Getting packages was a huge issue most of them got delivered wrong or was just missing. During the warmer months bugs become a huge issue here. At one time there was hundreds of beetles all in the walkway/ on the walls outside my apartment and we called them to do something about it and all they said " was atleast the are dead and not in your apt." Nothing was ever done about the hundred of dead bugs in the walkway. We had multiple issues with electricity in the unit (the breaker flipped ALL the time). They don't enforce pet policy so there are mounds of dog poop everywhere or people letting their dogs out without being leashed. If you have pets beware you will NOT get your deposit back. As my husband turned in our keys at the end of our lease he asked about carpet and paint. Per the lease manager he spoke to stated "to not worry about the paint and carpet that they were replaced after every tenant per the company policy". Then we get an email from the move out inspection stating that we owe 900+ to replace the carpet because there were 4 stains. They ripped up the carpet looking for anything they could charge us for. Granted there were 4 stains we are being charged to replace the entire room of carpet. We immediately contacted the property manager because she had just told us to not worry about it and she states that basically she never said that and they only change it every 5 years unless spoiled. Very unprofessional when it comes to communicating! The property manager needs to know what policies they use before telling tenants to make sure there's not a miscommunication like we had."
"Revere at River Landing. A relatively new Apt complex. It's beautiful and so well maintained. We feel safe living here. The maintenance dept is great. The Apt layouts are beautiful."
"Place is not bad. If you want nice living space this place is good but if you want privacy then this is NOT the place for you. Walls are paper thin and you have no privacy whatsoever. Had to go check in a hotel multiple times just to have a good night sleep. Managment are the best but unfortunately the noise from upstairs were to much to deal with. Again, you can hear all your neighbors talking, yelling and conversations just because how bad the walls are. Some people going to say it’s an apartment building and it should be like that and I agree , it’s ok to hear some noises since you living in an apartment building but this was not the case here. I can Hear my Neighbor’s farts through the walls believe it or not. Again , think twice of what you are giving up before moving in to this place. The walls are so bad that if someone sneezed you’d be able to hear it and they won’t do anything about those walls like maybe anything to fix those thin walls."
"The staff is stellar and the community is pretty great too. Whenever I requested maintenance, I'd often get it done by the next week, often faster. I will also say that the list of features and appliances that come in the apartment are well kept, up-to-date, and should more than take care of any need you might have. Thanks for the great stay!"
"I had to make a post after seeing that the average was only 3.5 stars. I live in a 3 Bedroom 2 bath apartment 1470 Sq Ft. My family has lived in 4 apartments over the past few years and this is by far the best one. It’s a great rate - $200-300 cheaper than the ones in the middle of Madison. I get super fast responses for maintenance requests The amenities are awesome. Pool is incredible if you have little kids - huge shallow area. Trash Valet is great. I see comments that the walls are thin and you can hear neighbors. I have never had an apartment experience that didn’t have that problem. The people at the front desk are super friendly. I needed a lock broken for an item I had and emailed the front desk and the next day the Maintanence crew came out and brought everything they needed to break it open. They didn’t need to do this but they did. 5 stars for an apartment complex"
