"I paid premier to anchor my storage shed to the ground it’s been over a year and they still haven’t came out to do it or refund me ..same excuse everytime I call..they stated they would be putting me on schedule 3 times they still haven’t called again leave a message and they won’t return my call. When I do talk to margaret and the other lady they say they are refunding my money but they haven’t till this day …and I have talked to them more than three times for the refund."

"Price is good. Build quality is ok. The first shed I got was fine but my second has leaks. Nails were recessed too deep and the paint didn't seal them. I've had to go back and hit it with - caulk - tape - the kitchen sink. I thought it was good, then found more leaks. I first thought it was me as I added a window unit. There was some water coming from the window but more water coming in under the base board below a window. In fact, the floor was stained from being wet when it was built. Only recently did I find water coming in under a different wall's base board which prompted this review. The only thing I could find that might be the issue was the deeply recessed nails securing the siding to the studs on the baseboard. I just recently hit them with flex seal and it seems to have worked. I have called in the past left messages and spoken with someone regarding leaks and never heard back from you. I like your product. It's a nice shed. I just don't expect follow up service and was surprised to get a reply to my review."

"Premier Portable Buildings staff was excellent. Margret always called back if I had to leave a message. Joe, the driver was efficient and very courteous in delivering my She Shed (10x16). When a window didn’t work, the same day of delivery David came and replaced it and even painted it. My husband and I are extremely pleased with everyone at Premier and highly recommended their business to anyone wanting a portable building!"
