"Horrendous office manager. She does not care if you have issues with your apartment. Even if the heat is out in the middle of winter. And they will charge you for things that are not listed in the lease."

"The office manager of this company is incredibly unprofessional and unkind. She was not helpful, did not listen, and directly called me a liar. As a travel nurse, housing in the area is tricky due to the rotations and she was not interested in doing business with a qualified candidate because we did not follow her idea of the traditional applicant. In general, they seem to only want to provide housing to rich Homewood college students that mommy and daddy pay rent for and not the typical working class mother. Thankful she displayed her unprofessional and hateful behavior as property manager before it was too late. I can't imagine having to deal with her for an entire lease term."

"These apartments are so comfortable and sweet. The rooms are big with nice wooden floors. The location is amazing and the management team is fantastic! It is an older apartment but it has great storage (pantry’s, storage closets etc) great neighbors and a very safe place to live. Very happy with my choice! *** loved living here until I moved. I 100% agree with the reviews about how rude Ashley is. Happy to have moved! Old building, constantly needs fixing but wonderful area. Actually wish Ashley didn’t work here because I would have never written this review without our interaction."

"Terrible management and customer service. i just called about mold on our bathroom ceiling and before i could finish explaining the mold appearing on the ceiling, the lady cut me off and corrected me, she said "Oh it is just mildew and you are responsible for that, maintenance will not clean it for you." I also told her about our bedroom door that will not close, she said she will notify maintenance but will not tell me when they come by since it is not an emergency. Just terrible customer service here. They are raising our rent next year, but no improvements are being made. We will not be continuing our lease."
