"My doc referred me for a sleep study here at the Prattville location and it went very well for me. Within the span of 2 weeks I was tested, diagnosed, and treated. They called me soon after my doctor referred me to them and set me up an appt within the week. Darryl was very kind through the process of preparing and conducting the sleep test, the room was comfortable, and overall I felt taken care of during my study. I was provided the results the next day, where we also set up the following appt for further testing for two weeks out (my choice). They called me a few days later and offered a sooner appointment, which I was fortunately able to take. That next Monday they had my testing results and treatment ready. I would definitely recommend."

"I was referred and made an appointment for a sleep study. After calling and making the appointment, I was told I would get confirmation email and to explain the process, what to bring etc. I rearranged work schedule and jumped thru other hoops for this appointment. I did not get the email so I called,,was on hold long time, transferred a few times. Then I was told I had to have a consultation visit first, which could only be done on another date, plus the sleep study had to be rescheduled. Would have been great if they had told me this up front. I work out of town so I made a lot of arrangements for this appointment. Obviously not pleased with their competence. I wouldn’t recommend Sleep South, there are other choices. Very disappointed and unacceptable."
