"Had a appointment for 6:30am and was requested to be there at 6am to get my information. They said that someone would be with me in a few minutes. Wasn't but a couple of minutes later and I was seen for the MRI. Everyone was very professional,polite and helpful. Would highly recommend them."

"Doc wrote an order for an ultrasound. I called around to find the best price as I had a hefty deductible that was not close to being met. Young woman on the phone told me, after I explained my insurance situation that she couldn’t “imagine it being more than $90 to $100, even out of pocket”. So I make the appointment. I show up the morning of, a @$ &% kiosk instead of a human being of course, I scan my insurance card and driver’s license, sign in, and the procedure is done. Weeks later I HAPPEN to be on my insurance’s website and see a claim for the ultrasound for $765!!!! I called to inquire and learned that they have a cash option of paying $100 up front and that’s all you owe!!! When I told the lady what I had been told regarding the procedure not being more than “$90-$100”, answer: “nobody should’ve told you that”. Me: “well they did”. Spoke with billing next day. Made me feel like there was hope. Nothing for a couple weeks. Finally got a manager at Baptist billing and the “best” they could do was a 30% off IF the whole amount is paid. Of course I have a job, so I wouldn’t qualify for their financial hardship/aid. Bottom line: tell people about the the price if you have a high deductible OR tell them about your $100 cash option BEFORE hand. Also, don’t have people answering the phone who don’t know what’s what. $800??? I wouldn’t have had the procedure!!!"
"The staff are so polite and helpful. They try to make sure you are as comfortable as possible during your tests. They keep you updated (reminded) via text messages about your upcoming appointments. Give you a phone call to inform you of anything special you may need to do before your tests. Great bunch!"
"I had first gone there as a new patient in early August. 2018. I had seen a female doctor there and she prescribed me medications for my illness. After taking them for most of the prescribed time I got a bad reaction. I called the facility and got the nurses station voicemail. I left a detailed message. No return phone call. They were closed the following day. I called again on the following Monday. Twice I left messages in two different departments. Still no response. I was able to get new medications from another doctor. I wrote a letter to the original female doctor almost two weeks ago. STILL NO RESPONSE! I physically went to the facility today, three plus weeks later to get my records and to cancel my follow up appointment I had in October. I explained my experience to the receptionist and she tried to tell me that the telephones weren't working and that they didn't get my letter. I don't believe her about not receiving my letter as it was not returned to me. While waiting for my records another lady, patient, spoke to me and told me she had a very similar experience. Obviously this is their mode of operandi. I am very disappointed as I really liked the woman who I thought was going to be my doctor. Obviously the patient's medical needs are not important here and we are nothing more than $$$ signs!"
