"I agree with all of the other 1 star reviews about this billing company. This company used to be organized and send you a bill with a user name and password so that you can pay online. Every since March 2022 they stopped sending a bill and force you to pay over the phone. When you call to make a payment, the billing agent hardly ever answers the phone. I just called to make a payment and now her voice mail box is full and the Montclair Road office is permanently closed. Something terrible is going on with this company and they have NOT been truthful with the patients who are just trying to pay their bill. I will have to call the hospital who used this billing company and find out what has happened."
"They don’t answer the phone I can’t talk to anyone about my bill the answering machine is always full. This is unprofessional. Patient should be able to talk to a real human being not a recording. So I guess you don’t need my money"
"I have similarly been attempting to pay this bill for months. Tried to call, no answer, sent back a filled in paystub, got sent another bill, tried to use the website, didn’t work. Also, not for nothing, but the pre-op conversation with the anesthesiologist amounted to him telling me that I would probably throw up because of the nature of my surgery and because I was a woman and thus more likely to throw up. That was all he said to me before I underwent a major surgery that I was very worried about. Amazing bedside manner. Truly a terrible experience at every turn."
"I have attempted to pay my bill for 2 months now. You call and the extension never answers, it asks you to wait and retry, suggests paying online via a website that's never provided on the statement or recorded message. I've never seen a place make it impossible to pay your bill."
