"We have enjoyed living here. They could use picnic tables or something to sit at by the playground. In a shaded area, more on the playground, and multiple tables around the pool to sit shaded when relaxing. But overall amazing."

"Lived there for a few years. It was a great experience! a nice place to live and for me a great transition into adulthood. (When I first moved in I was in my early 20 ) they are more than just a place to rent they are a small community built off of respect, morals and kindness. Any time anything needed maintenance they were quick and fast about it I never went very long without. It's a clean complex and they are always looking for ways to improve.i would definitely recommend living there. The location is great as well. I loved being in the city without being directly in the city.10 out of 10 as far as athens apartments go in my book."
