"This is the worst experience I have ever had at a doctors office. You go to the doctor to be treated for being sick. All they did was tell me I couldn’t come inside then swabbed me at my car and charged me my copay and said they’d call back with results and that I’d be able to come back and get a steroid shot and breathing treatment. The finally call back the next day and say I’ll have to pay another copay to get those treatments that I originally went to them for. That’s $90 for what should’ve been one visit. The lady on the phone (Angie) is the most rude person I’ve ever dealt with at a doctors office. She doesn’t want to help you and doesn’t care about your well being. I will never go here again nor do I recommend it for anyone. They just want the money from insurance and copays. They don’t care about treating you and that’s sad for a doctors office"

"Been a patient here for years and have always loved Dr. Bentley. Unfortunately Angie has ruined this office and caused them to lose a patient. I have been called numerous times about a bill from December (under $100) even though I’ve been in the office a number of times since December and have never been told about it (would gladly pay in person). I told Angie last time that she called that I was unable to pay over the phone because I was busy and to please put a note on my account that I’ll pay next time I’m in the office & she agreed. Called today to have my prescription refilled and Angie told me that she had my bill sent to collections after my last phone call and I’d have to handle it else where. It’s sad that petty women like her can ruin such a good place but my family and I will be looking for a new GP."

"They are very thorough. I feel like I get really good healthcare here. The one downside is it takes forever to be seen but I think that has to do with how much time they spend with you. I recommend them for anyone looking for something better than a doc in a box and care for your health."

Fantastic care, listens, does not judge, and will continue to work with you to find the best solution for your needs, whether medical or holistic… Dr. Bentley and her staff are serious about your health and will not stop taking care of you or refer you to other specialists to ensure you get the best care. The staff is also fantastic and always helps accommodate my schedule and work to fit me in last minute. Mind you that in the afternoon it does get busy so be prepared to wait a little longer but it’s worth it to receive such great care!"
