Reviews
"Not a good experience. We had an appt which is the way its been for 4 years since covid. (Pre covid was only walk ins) We were told when we went in that walk ins get in first with the nurse practitioner and appts get in line after. Absolutely ridiculous!! WHY HAVE AN APPT! We were in the office for a total of 3 HOURS! The NP Jesse said I think she has an outer ear infection and said do these drops. He didn't have a clue. Was seeing maybe 2 patients per hour. Just saw Doctor at ENT office. No ear infection at all...just needed wax removal!"
"It is pretty bad when you have to drag your sick self to the doctor for relief only for them to pocket your co-pay and then tell you to wait it out. I have a sinus infection, not covid, not flu, not strep. I have yellow phlem and terrible face pain. I did not get to see a doc. Just nurse practitioner who informed me that he would not write me a prescription for antibiotic and to come back next week and pay more money and then he would give me an antibiotic. I went home with absolutely nothing and 30 bucks poorer!"
"They used to have a nice staff, now they have new people that don't smile and hardly talk to you. They love to run tons of tests to make money. They will not give you antibiotics unless they can prove with a culture that you have strep, etc. I went in with a massive sinus infection. Terrible jaw and face pain, and the nurse practitioner guy absolutely would NOT write me a prescription for antibiotic. I went back home with NOTHING and just wasted my money! He did want me to come back in a week and then he would write me an antibiotic. NOPE, I will never go back to this place!"
"Always feel so welcomed! The nurse and staff are always so friendly. I have both self paid and used insurance. It’s not bad if you have to self pay really! Thanks stop watch for all the great things you do for the community!"
