"Haircuts are typically fine but the timing system they use is so inconsistent. I’ve showed up 5-10 minutes early and on multiple occasions have had to wait 30-45 minutes. I understand it’s approximate but it’s very frustrating and will likely be going somewhere else unfortunately."
"I took my 15 yr old son for the first time ever, here. He wanted a drop fade and Jane did an awesome job! She was so careful, and took her time to get it as perfect as she could, especially considering some of his hair was just a bit short to work with in the back. She blended it so well! Jane also gave him tips on how to style it on his own. He loves it and walked out so proud! :) Also- did the online check-in a couple hours prior to get a spot, and that worked well. Our wait time after we arrived was minimal since we did that."

"Checked in online. We had a 1hr 45 minute wait. It takes us 1hr 30 minutes from home to get to store. Signed in when the 15 minute notification went off and we continued to wait after signing in for over 1 hr. ONLY REASON I didn't walk out is because of the 1.5 hr drive to reach the destination. We only come Here when we can't make a barber in our town through the week due to work and sports. I don't see why they even do appointment /sign in of the waittime is so much longer than expected. Not sure we will be back at all."
