"Downright TERRIBLE. Omega Realty owns this apartment complex now. There is no soundproofing in these apartments. We live on the bottom floor and can hear our neighbors fighting, yelling, laughing, and even having sex. They keep my 6 year old up all night long. We have complained to Omega several times. They have told us to file a police report. When we did that, the Woodstock Police Chief told me that they don’t give police reports for noise complaints because they don’t have a noise ordinance here. When we asked to move apartments, we were told we could move free of charge. Several days before the move after we were already packed, we noticed a $1900 charge on our account. We were told it was the fee for moving and that we would have to sign another year lease. I feel hopeless. My home is the ONE place on the entire planet that I am entitled to peace and there is none here. The apartments have a pest problem, the hot water doesn’t work, and the noise is unbearable. Omega is of no assistance in the matter. I will never do business with these slumlords again."
"We can't get appointment in website. I spent my Air Force. I spent my Air force. ID card. I can't get a call back from anyone and have started the application process which is very difficult without help Agaian, I can't get a call back. Never do business with Omega Realty."
"Mr Parker sold the complex. Omega is the new owner and they are terrible. Way too many issues to list. You do not want to live here. I would post zero stars if I could."
