"Came in one day, didn’t know you had to schedule an appt so that’s on me. The 1 star review is for the fact that I sat in a chair for 30 minutes while the 1 free barber didn’t atleast greet me or ask who I was waiting for. It took me getting up to ask if I was ever going to be called up to get my hair cut, I then finally told it was appt only. At that point I questioned him as to why he couldn’t cut my hair since he was free, he then said he was waiting for an appointment to show up. Idk man 30 minutes is a long time to wait, could have made money on me for the easy cut I needed done. Other than that I have heard their good but lost my business with that one experience. I know to them it may not matter seeing as how they have plenty of good reviews but just not how I would’ve treated a potential customer."
