"The worst apt owner ever!!! He is more concerned with his pretty vehicles than his tenants and the issues with their apts. He is a very rude individual that has a smart mouth and lies about payments! Doesn't even know the name of his tenants. Will tell you, that you owe him when in actuality he is referring to someone else. I have witnessed him getting smart with little children that are just doing what children do. He is a ticking time bomb and should be ashamed to carry himself like he does and refer to himself as a man! An awful community to live in. Sun valley would be a much better option!!!"
