She was able to navigate the bureaucracy and help us get to the right people to get a refill to last my daughter until we could be seen. Margaret is so very helpful and very much appreciated! "I went to Bayview 2 weeks ago to see Dr Cronin. I’m trying to get back on my adhd medication, instead he wanted to put me on anxiety medication. When I asked about the medication he was prescribing and the side effects he said that I may just be a little sleepy.I’m apparently OCD as well??? When I got home and did my research on the medication the symptoms were absolutely disturbing. He failed to tell me about the 8 other symptoms the medication caused. I haven’t taken the first one. The doctors at this practice are very stand offish. They do not want to listen to your actual symptoms, instead they make up their own prognosis and collect the check. I felt very rushed and unheard. I will never return!!!!"

"Very careless with patients, letting them go cold turkey off of very strong antidepressants. I called daily for a week leaving messages trying to get a half refill at the lowest milligram until my next appointment. Never received a return call. Showed up for my appt. a little late for I could not get an Uber earlier (I do not have a car) and was told I would need to reschedule. I said no thank you, after letting them know again what I am going through while crying and left. I have been having a really hard time and really needed to see my doctor, Maggie Keller. It looks as though I will continue to have a hard time. I do not recommend"

"Don’t answer or return phone calls causing my spouse to be completely out of and off his meds!! We’ve been calling twice a day for over two weeks and NOTHING!! Even our pharmacy has been requesting the medication refills and still nothing worst patient relations in the industry and would recommend you go ANYWHERE ELSE if you can afford it."

"I have had an amazing experience working with Dr. Wilson. He’s a great doctor, but trying to call the facility to ask a question or make an appointment is a joke. I’ve been put on hold for over 30 minutes before. Great doctors, but not the best phone experience."
