"I’m sure the providers at this place are great. However, their phone lines rarely work. You call and get the prompts to select who you need to talk to and you push buttons and nothing happens. Also, they are IMPOSSIBLE to get medical records from. I have been trying to get records on a client since SEPTEMBER and can’t get any help or anyone to call me back. It’s ridiculous."
