"I will preface this by stating that I am a 35 YO woman who was diagnosed with and successfully treated for ADHD for 2 years in FL prior to moving to AL. Because doctors cannot prescribe controlled substances across state lines, I had to find new physicians and my PCP would not continue prescribing Ritalin until I had an ADHD evaluation by an AL provider. I have never been more insulted by the incompetence of a man than I have while reviewing the ADHD evaluation completed by Dr. Carnley, a "doctor" that clearly does not have an understanding of the clinical presentation, symptoms, or struggles of a woman with ADHD. His report was incredibly insulting. Why? * Every single “diagnosis” is a symptom of ADHD, particularly in women with the disorder. * His report was incredibly biased and excluded important points in our conversation that provided context for several of my responses. * Dr. Carney has wrongfully assumed that any overweight woman is miserable and could not possibly possess any form of confidence or self esteem. * Dr. Carney’s suggestions to fix myself included logging everything that I eat (which research shows leads to disordered eating), sweating for an hour everyday, going to hypnotherapy, and doing yoga. Yes, you read that correctly, hypnotherapy and yoga. Also of note, Dr. Carney even provided recommendations of providers, which leaves me wondering if the only reason these "therapies" were recommended was because of kickbacks. Would I recommend Dr. Carney or Clarity Health? Absolutely not. Especially if you are a woman or anyone considered overweight."

"I was a assaulted by a specimen collector by the name of Gabby. She intentionally and maliciously scalped my hair twice in one spot out of retaliation abusive authority and racism. I suffer from PTSD and this was everything of a traumatic experience for me. It's caused me tremendous anxiety and emotional and mental anguish. Im going public with the incident i will not let just be swept under the rug I have pictures for proof. After a brief and very mad after altercation with her at the front desk window this is the way she treated me she took advantage of her position I am heartbroken."
