"I am only giving them a one star because staff is horrible. Appointment always push back. Dr Clay is the best doctor there, however his appts always changing even though I don't see him but every 3 months. This time the staff giving me some lame excuse of why he can't give me the injection and trying to schedule me with a new doctor. I e decide to not use him at all after 3 years . I am a better off finding a doctor that have time for his patient than being push off to a doctor of only 4 years of practice"

"Avoid at all costs!!! They ask what’s bothering you, then do ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO HELP. THIS WAS THE WORST “care” (I use that term loosely as possible) I have ever received. Melany Thomas is the worst physician I’ve ever had the misfortune of coming into contact with. I asked numberous times for help with my extreme pain and was denied help. I also have her YELLING AT ME 5 feet away when I called her out for her horrible practice. Avoid at all costs. You get the lowest level of care if any at all."

"Went there last Thursday and my nurse told me the screw in my pelvis came loose and my pelvis was inverted. When I asked what to do, they said they would call me and I never got a response..... Now my physical therapy is on hold because they can't even give me the courtesy of a phone call.... Extremely disappointed"

"Terrible patient service. Arrived for my appointment for my 2 year old at 10:05am which was not scheduled until 10:15am. At 10:45am, I asked for a status which they told me that the back was aware my son hadn’t been seen and they would get to us soon. At 11:40am, still hadn’t been seen and told another patient still to be seen in front of us. Our time is just as valuable as this Orthopedic group. We left!"
