Never did. I didn’t know the payment wasn’t coming out and they just let it lapse. On top of that I was never told I only had 3 years to expand my plan. A waste of $50 a month."

The underwriting department will issue a policy for 5 to 6 months and then do an audit and cancel the policy instead of pulling medical records in the beginning before the issue the policy. They are also very rude and unprofessional! They will also draft before they approve the policy! This is a bogus company!"
