"There were no blinds in my bedroom for thirteen days because they had to be ordered. The smoke detector chirps every time I took a shower. Twenty one days after moving in, I had bedbugs. It was almost a month later before the exterminator came to spray my apartment. The building is constantly infested with them and with roaches. They sprayed the stairwells with an insecticide that came under my door and made me sick. I only stayed four months because the place caused me health problems that I am still recovering from five months later. The dumpsters are full every week with bedding and furniture that had to be thrown out because of bedbugs. The bathtub sits really low. The toilet constantly flushes itself. There are always plumbing issues. Odors from other apartments come in under your door every day. The windows can't be opened to get some fresh air. The carpet in the apartments are not new. The hallway carpet is filthy on every floor. The only two elevators in the building are constantly breaking down. They are continually making repairs to the boiler room when there isn't enough hot water. Several residents have complained of respiratory issues from possible mold exposure. There is a lot of loitering in common areas. There's an intercom inside of every apartment that blares loudly everytime the office has something to say or if someone has pulled the fire alarm, or if a possible emergency has been detected. Emergency vehicles pull into the parking lot almost every day."
