Summer place apartments

"When The first moved in it was nice. after a couple of years things deteriorated. I was there seven years and by the time I moved the shrubs were pulled up or dead and never replaced. The grass was a nightmare and neighbors are very intrusive. I had to call police regarding neighbors outside doing marijuana and loud noise by another. When I moved my dog has done damaged. I have a brother who is best in that area and Tim refused to let me use him. He charged me outrageous amount and then I had to pay for the paper peeling from the island. Every time it rained it smelled like sewage and I bleached my dishwasher. There is yelling and drinking and whatever. Today I called to get my utilities on and I moved on February 26 of last year and called like he told me to call and make sure the utilities remained on which I did. I was still billed through March 29, of last year. I called to see what to do because I had never gotten a bill. I paid it and Tim stated he didn’t remember anything about it. I would say beware. During the ice freeze he had a person moving out and I have been told the pipes broke a couple of weeks ago and flooded two or three apts and I am would be cautious with his so called “best” workers sue to possibility of mold. I have also let him know last year the guy next door had his utility bills sent to me and nothing happened and I got tired of trying to let them know,"
