"Ms Threadgill is amazing! She has helped me so much! She is very understanding and compassionate. The office staff could be better organized, they lost a receipt for my co-pay on one of my office visits and were trying to charge me again, until I argued it and somehow they magically found the receipt from that day. They are nice and friendly, but sometimes not very helpful, but Ms Threadgill is amazing so it's ok!"
"Great mental health office . Dr. Sadler is a great doctor and listens to your concerns and cares about his patients. I see Nathan one of therapists there as well and always seems to help. The office staff and other medical personnel are all very friendly and professional. I've been going there for about three years now."
"I was dismissed as a patient during the lockdown because I was told “they couldn’t help me anymore.” This was after I was threatened to be kicked out because Crystal told me that they heard I had been “bad mouthing” Dr. Sadler (I had left a one star review on google, which I had to delete to feel secure as a patient). She told me that he wanted to kick me out, but she stood up for me, and had my back. At the same time, she began tapering me off one of my medications, so I should have seen through their lies. Honestly, the whole situation was so unprofessional… I felt cornered and threatened and on top of that, to be dismissed during the lockdown, when almost NO doctors were seeing new patients because everything was virtual… I also wanted to report him to the state medical board for basically blackmailing me to take the review down, but didn’t at the time because I was scared of retaliation (I needed to be able to get copies of my medical records). Lastly… they completely missed my actual diagnosis. Misdiagnosed me and medicated me for the wrong thing for two years, which made me SO much sicker. I’m so glad I was kicked out, best thing to ever happen to me. Do yourself a favor and find a new doctor. Over my 40 years, I’ve never encountered a more immature and unprofessional provider."
"This office staff in totally incompetent and all around horrible. The office staff will make it as hard as they can for you to be seen. The office staff should never be allowed to work in the mental health field again. Absolutely horrible experience for the past 3 years. We will not go back. Tammy should be fired!! Dr Sadler himself is amazing."
"NP Nicole is amazing and has helped me for the past 2 years with my depression and anxiety. Even so, their office staff and management is very unorganized. I have had 3 different appointments be cancelled but the staff did not advise me until I was there for the scheduled time. I’ve been waiting since July to have an ADHD assessment. I have been rescheduled and cancelled for this. It is now almost December and have not received another call to reschedule the cancelled appointments."
