I was very polite, yet she just had such a foul attitude throughout the exchange that went nowhere. Very disappointed with the front desk staff here."

Farland she said was her name attitude sucks and then she got an attitude when I asked for her name saying only "Farland that's all you need." She also copped an attitude stating I should be specific about my call I let her know I stated I had two kids at the beginning of the call....her exact words after that name,date of birth for your second child I started speaking and she got a bit louder saying name and dob as I was giving her the information."
