Immediate Care of the South

"I dropped by Immediate Care of the South without an appointment today. They were busy but I was seen immediately after check-in. The lady at the check-in desk was very sweet. The nurse was also very attentive and kind. She asked many questions and I didn’t feel rushed at all. Dr. Marty McDonald is so laid back, funny and just a great doctor. He assured me that I will be feeling better soon and I was in and out of there after a thorough check-up. Immediate Care of the South is my favorite urgent care. I drive all the way from Saraland to see Dr. McDonald."

"The “doctor was less than interested in my son’s care, and said he didn’t have an idea what his groin rash was he stated. It was a less than welcoming environment and uncaring. I usually go to the urgent care on Old Shell Rd, but they were closed. I won’t every, if I can help return here."

"What are you all going to do with the young lady up front with the blond hair! She’s rude to patients and doesn’t seem concerned with their needs. She needs to be removed from front desk to taking out the trash. Since she always have her nose in the air like someone smells.That would be a good reason for her to have it in the air. Dr Thomasnia Sharpe she is running away your patient’s and making a bad impression for you all.If you all look at your reviews you see everyone is complaining about her."
