"I really like Dr. Houston ! He I's easy to communicate with. He also doesn't sugarcoat. I highly recommend him."
"Office staff are extremely unprofessional and always have a bad attitude. They treated me like an addict for calling and asking why my prescription was not sent in. Dr. Campbell sent me to a therapist across the bay who I later was told by the therapist that dr Campbell is his holding buddy and his best friend. This therapist told me that I needed vyvanse and sent it back to dr Campbell for prescribing. Then Dr. Campbell questions me after the first month asking me if I need to be drug tested for taking this medicine.?.? They make you feel very uncomfortable and do not listen to your needs. There have been multiple times that they have messed up my records and will not give me a copy."
"Dr. Campbell is so patient and easy to talk to. Front desk staff however, stays talking about their personal life and are really rude to you. Sometimes look at you like you’re stupid. As far as doctor services, I am pleased."
"I love Dr. Campbell, he's an excellent doctor. The front desk staff however, come off as rude when asking what my symptoms are when I make an appointment. "He probably can't sew you for that." Dr. Campbell not only saw me but diagnosed and promptly treated me. Another time I called to ask a question and was told by the front desk staff that he wouldn't allow my request. I asked for his nurse to ask and let me know and was very polite when I asked. I could have taken a no, but I never got a call from the nurse which struck me as very disrespectful. I have no idea if the front desk staff ever relayed the message or if the nurse simply never bothered to call me back. All of this aside, is it too much for the front desk staff to put on a customer service face? They always look so miserable."
