"If you can afford to not do business with this company, do not do it. Hunt says they would like for you to be a valued tenant and customer; yet, the service provided at this location is anything but that. Most of the individuals in the office are rude and they fire the good maintenance workers for doing a good job. I have had conversations with multiple maintenance workers who were in the process of being let go for this. I was charged for something I did not agree with. The director said, “dispute it with collections”. In a perfect world we should be working together for a better living experience, but I do not see that happening with this management. Despite my terrible experience with this company, I suppose the silver lining is that I know enough to never do business with Hunt again."

"Just like many other reviews here, it needs to reiterated: Hunt (at least at this location) does not care and is not a customer oriented culture. The houses themselves (in Magnolia village) are relatively nice but they don’t really keep them up nice (carpet and appliances are like 15 years old) and they just want to turn the house as quickly as possible. Maintenance here is some of the worst I have seen. The one plus is that usually they were pretty responsive to the initial call/work order request. But the solution to everything was put an bandit on a bullet wound and see if it works, despite me suggesting they look at some other things. With a roof leak, it took over a year and 7 work order requests for them to find the root cause of the leak and fix it properly. I’m the meantime mold probably developed up in the attic. They’d often say “oh I need to have so and so come look at this tomorrow or the next day”. But then I’d see they go in and close out the work order as if it were finished. Always a “let me get back to you on that” and then they never do. Absolutely unsat. The office themselves are nice enough people but they also don’t really have the customer in mind first. It seems like everything is call and ask about it always seemed like a 4th or 5th priority to them."

"Hunt just doesn’t care. At all. Put in a work order for mold... maintenance guy showed up with a bottle of Tilex. That was two months ago... the mold is back now. It’s really ridiculous. I put in a work order last week about a possible fire hazard (blocked dryer vent). Haven’t heard a word from them."

"Honestly I used to live in forum apartments were the actual apartments aren't great. But the land Lord would take care of the problem that day because she gave all her tenants her cell number. If you put a work order in online, it takes week's to hear back and if you try to call them you will never get an answer. This people do not know how to take care of there tenants."

"Very friendly staff who put together socials where they provide free food and crafts for kids a few times a year. The workout room with an attached kid's playroom is great!"
