"Over the past 2 years, our apartments have literally went to the dogs. There is dog feces all over the grounds. The "grounds person" walks around vaping and ruining our landscaping. There are dead branches, leaves, and debris on the grounds and in the flower beds. Garbage is piled up at the compacter every day. The dumpster is full of old furniture that needs to be removed. Maintenance requests are ignored. The buildings have paint peeling, missing shingles, and missing shutters. I will be thankful when my lease is up."

"They do not fix anything. I have been requesting things to be fixed for a year. They have not come in to fix anything. There is also always trash everywhere outside. They also have miss managed my rent payment twice."

"Very bad Maintainance service. The girl who is working in office is very rude. She doesn’t know how to talk with residents. She behave very differently bcs we are from different communities. Very bad experience overall"

I can't express enough how thankful we are for the dedicated staff that continues to make this apartment a home for us. We love The Waverly!"

"When visiting family who live here, I was disgusted. The breezeway was atrocious, with cobwebs, trash, and leaves. Their AC had been broken for two weeks and had not been attempted to have been repaired by management, with no resolve in the near future. I would not personally live here or recommend anyone else to do so."
