"I really love these vets. They were great with our dogs in November. We took our sick cat in today. He fixed her up great. I do have one negative thing to say though. There is a difference between "we don't bill" and "we bill other people, such as your friend and the client you just heard me tell I would send the bill to, but we won't bill you". I understand if you don't want to bill someone who is fairly new, even for $50. It would be much better if you said it honestly. However, the vets are great."
