"This is my favorite salon by far! The best thing about this place is the super relaxing atmosphere. They always play quite calming music and staff are very friendly and polite. They still recognize me after almost a year since getting my nails done. Some salons are too loud and crowded for my liking and I know this place does not disappoint. I always leave feeling refreshed. Also they have updated an easy new online check in at the front desk and have removed the glass barriers that were up during COVID, in addition to comfortable new chairs for manicures. I will always come here regardless of what anyone has to say because they provide exactly what I want in a nail salon."

"I continually asked the nail tech several times to fix the shape of my nails, but she didn't listen to me and did whatever she wanted. My nails are a mess. They are crooked, ugly, and bulky. How is this a skinny square? And the pedicure was a waste of money. She barely touched my feet and just slapped on some no chip polish $38 for that?"

"I’ve been going to this salon for years so it is reputable. However, I only go to Jason. He’s friendly, creative, and so talented. I think some of the other techs could learn from his work from speed to shape to design. I gave 3 stars only because the prices are quite high compared to other local salons. I enjoy the relaxing atmosphere of this one though."

"I’m from Arizona and this was my first time here and I absolutely loved how fast they were in service. I had looked at the reviews and seen a nail tech name Jason work that was above stunning. Request for said nail tech who even tho had another appointment was willing to do my nails before his client arrived. Will definitely be returning."

"Trust me and do not waste your time nor money coming here. Had a horrible experience with horrible service. I was being attended by the "manager "who is pregnant. Went to get a no-chip mani and pedi and showed her what color I wanted. She insisted I needed to get a dip which I show the same picture at the salons I normally go to and looked online and told her it was funny bunny. As she was finishing up the cuticles and moving to the base coat I noticed that she hardly removed any cuticles. So, I showed her and asked her kindly to remove my cuticles as they were very noticeable and was embarrassed as I never had to ask someone to remove my cuticles. Her attitude changed and she started talking to another lady in their language. When she finished "cleaning my cuticles for the second time I can still see that she not remove them fully and was over it and thought of just doing it at home. When she's on the second coat of polish I see her remove some of the color with the cuticle remover and found that very odd and took a look at my other hand as see the color was full of bubbles and as she finished my other hand I see it completely filled of bubbles as well and asked her why it looked like that. She told me that she was going to fix it. After 2 more coats my nails looked like cottage cheese and do not see any different of her continuely adding more coats. I asked her if she could just please take off the no chip as I did not like how my nails looked. She begun talking to the other lady again and walks to the back. She comes back then I asked her how much it be for the service. She tried telling me it was going to be $20 for the manicure and $2 per nail to remove the polish with an attitude. At this point I am annoyed and showed her my nails and asked her she would pay for the service she provided me and mentioned how I had to ask her to remove my cuticles as she didn't even remove it the first time and asked for a manager. She claimed that was a manager and I told her why would I pay full price for something that i did not like and showed her how she didn't even remove my cuticles and why would continue adding more coats if it doesn't look good. I told her the most I would pay is $15 for the bad service. She finally agreed. Looking at the reviews after here I regret not reading them before coming as many others has the same experience as me. I don't understand how a place can be open with lacking basic nail care. Took some pictures after leaving as I didn't think of taking pictures of how bad the polish looked."
