"While the services you receive are good when they actually keep your appointment, they have consistently had issues come up with the appointment you made months ago, then it's rescheduled to a month later, then it's cancelled, then it's rescheduled to another month later, confirmed, and then asked to reschedule again. On top of that, they will tell you if there's a cancellation, then they will call but there seems to never be a cancellation. The one time I received an alert for an earlier appointment turned out to be a false notification made by their system. Not worth your time as they enjoy wasting it."

"Friendly staff. Excellent communication. Wait times are reasonable. Waiting area and service areas are clean, tidy, and modern. Hygienists have always been friendly and thorough. Dr. Obaisi is great. They conveniently have an oral surgeon and orthodontist on certain days. Not agressive with recommendations. Very helpful with insurance."

"An excellent experience all around. I was greeted and acknowledged right away at the front desk. I was taken to the back promptly where the assistant, AJ, greeted me and explained everything she was going to do. The x-rays were taken with the least amount of discomfort I can remember. Dr. Obaisi performed her exam. She was very friendly and thorough. She was patient and answered all my questions. My visit concluded with me getting my teeth cleaned by the hygienist Joyce. My teeth, especially on the lower front teeth, felt incredible. I truly appreciated the high level of service and professionalism. Will definitely be returning for all my future dental needs."

"It's the dentist, what can I say? But I've never had any issues here. The staff is always nice and accommodating. I've had nothing but good experiences with the dentist and the oral & maxillofacial surgeon. It helps that I can walk here but I would definitely recommend Manus Dental- Hyde Park."
