Kim, my hygienist does a thorough job of cleaning and helping me maintain my own smile, and I never have to sit and wait for a dentist to see me. (My husband sees her too, and she is gentle, as he has deep pockets and experiences considerable sensitivity.) For routine cleanings, I am in and out of the office in less than an hour, every time. And I have to mention the birds; in the chair, I get to look out a giant picture window and watch all different types of birds fly around in the trees and feed at the bird feeders.
