Dr. Allen is great, too— didn’t tell me. I needed him dental work that wasn’t really necessary. I’m very pleased and I will be returning every six months."

"Not sure about accuracy of diagnoses- moved here after three years of no issues during regular dental checkups. Saw Dr. Allen, was told I needed some crowns / fillings for cavities. Because this was odd, sought a second opinion - I don’t need anything since the “cavities” are actually stains and decalcifications - nothing to do. Maybe the management is subjective, but two dentists (my old one and second opinion) besides Dr Allen thought my teeth were fine. Front desk was great but be careful and wary of unnecessary procedures and costs. Edit: as a reply to the response left to my initial review, the second opinion dentist spent time examining my teeth, the x rays, treatment plan, and the same photos in detail. Credit to Sloop Dental for providing them. Dr. Allen saw me for five minutes. He did say fillings and crowns were not urgent interventions, which I understood. However ultimately his treatment plan recommended fillings and crowns for cavities, which based on exam (not just pictures) were actually interpreted by other dentists as stains and decalcifications that did not need any intervention. I was also texted without prompting by Sloop Dental to schedule the recommended treatment. Using words such as “demands,” “clear and undisputable,” and “attacking integrity” based on disagreement of management says enough about your practice."
