"I’ve had a terrible experience. First time experience too. Waited an hour to be seen. Dr. Austin comes in and is very rough on my teeth. After I made mention of this, she got an attitude and rushed through my cleaning. She spilled water all over me. She abruptly finished the cleaning and stated “alright no cavities “ in which I know she was lying because a few of my teeth are aching. Im reporting them to my insurance and I will not be back!!!"

"Very long wait. Why am I waiting an hour after my appointment to go in? Then in the room you have to wait another hour because there is only one doctor for the 10 people they decided to schedule at the same time. Absolutely ridiculous. Does anyone have manners anymore either?"

"This is absolutely THE BEST DENTIST EVER!!! I’ve been going to the dentist since I was eleven due to cavities and have always had very bad experiences. Dr. Albert pulled two teeth and not only did I not feel it, I never experienced pain afterwards! I NEVER had to take any pain pills at all! Royelle and Liz works the front desk and they both are amazing! Charissa who is the dentist assistant is also amazing! Dr. Albert has a great team here and he also great! I will never go anywhere else because I have everything that I need here which is so hard to find….Kudos to Sunrisa Dentist, I love you all ❤️"

"Only because you can’t leave a review with NO stars. HORRIBLE TREATMENT of patients. And Carissa is the Most UNPROFESSIONAL medical assistant Ever. The wait times are ridiculous despite having appointments set. Treatments are dragged out. Just an overall abuse of low income patients. Since we can’t afford better I guess we don’t deserve it. Don’t come here."
