"This location is a joke. The stylist today was a zombie; barely uttered a single word. I asked for a 1/4 inch trip. She soaked my hair and took 2 in off. For 20.00 we should get what we ask for. Update: was told to contact customer service and they stated someone from the shop would reach out. Still waiting on that. Looks like a lack of skill and integrity."
"I've been getting hair cuts at this location once/twice a month for about 4 years. Never any issues. The saloon is clean, employees are positive, they have great attitudes. If you have a specific stylist you like they will accommodate you. Erin (The Manager) cuts my hair each time I visit. She does a great job!! 5 stars to this team!!"
"I just got my sons hair cut (he is 8) today and it was the most horrible experience. She was like a zombie, and hurt him multiple times. She was not nice, or kind, or soft....she was rough and seemed like she hated being there. Actually, the guy in front of us requested not to have her because she had a horrible look on her face and you could tell she didn't care."
