I have so much respect for this doctor's office! Didn't care for the shot, but I feel better. I can't speak for the people who leave bad reviews but as most know, you can't please everyone!"

"Had a huge review detailing my experience with this clinic written and My browser errored. Short of the matter is, we waited for 2 hours for scheduled appointments, were fraudulently billed, the office staff is rude, short, and snarky. They have no interest in providing kind care, I'm not quite sure how doctor Chu has received so many glowing stars We did not have a good experience with him or the office staff and have filed a complaint with our insurance agency against this offic due to fraudulent billing practices.. Medical patrons beware."

"I have been using Dr. Chu for 19 years. He is a WONDERFUL doctor that TRULY cares for his patients!! (My mother went to see him when she was visiting me from out-of-town. Dr. Chu was able to diagnose her in one hour!! (The Internist she saw before she left called her 4 days later with the same diagnosis!))"

"I would not recommend taking an elderly nor disabled person to this doctor. He was very unprofessional about his care for a particular patient of his. Most definitely undermined her care which she succumbed to within 3 weeks. He cursed this patient out that was blind,sick, and couldn’t stand up for herself. “One *%$% thing at a time” and this poor defenseless woman passed waiting on time. Definitely not the best care someone would want for a loved one."
