"I wish I could give this place negative stars. I took my son here and the doctor told me how bad his eyesight was along with some more problems. He needed glasses right away. So we picked out his glasses and have been waiting over a month for them I keep calling them and they don't even care. How can you do a child like that how can you not care for his well being. I even received a call from the school today about his eyesight and his grades are suffering. I even called and asked them to please give me his prescription so I could take it somewhere else and still can't get that. I am so disappointed in this office and broken hearted over my son having to suffer through this because of careless staff members. I have decided to take him somewhere else and start the process over and pay out of pocket for his care. This place is terrible."

"Always a pleasure! Dr. Hicks and his staff are friendly, professional, and considerate of your time. I have fairly severe astigmatism and Dr. Hicks always takes the time to ensure he’s giving me the right prescription. His staff is quite helpful with making sure I’m getting the best coverage with my insurance and they happily give you copies of your prescriptions. My husband loves them too, we will be patients as long as we live in Mobile!"
