"I have had other insurance coverage from other companies. Progressive is the best of any of them, in my opinion. Over the past 10+ years I have been with them, their response and service of my claim needs have been timely, efficient, and thorough. Their customer service is friendly, helpful, and informative in keeping me updated. My experience is that they go above and beyond - my most recent experience 12.08.2023, I needed my claim check cut into 2 checks to avoid a bank hold. I requested this, and my CSR said he would inform the Claims Center. Upon my arrival, two checks were ready. The CSR was friendly, helpful, and efficient. No hiccups or issues with this company for over a decade! Highly recommend this company!"

"Progressive claims rep didn’t want to pay to fix my car correctly. He had the shop do a patch job on my car. The door was damaged and they put a door on with rust and cracked on the panel. They said they painted the whole bumper but the shop said they paid for the side of the bumper to be fixed. I just wanted my car to look like it did before the accident. They told me that were trying to save money on parts and labor so the customer lose in the end. Will not refer nobody to progressive."

"My Story: I was rear-ended when I was waiting the green light. I called the police and file a claim to PROGRESSIVE. They did not do anything about it, months later, they closed my claim without a call or resolution. They said, that the other company insurance did not want to pay and PROGRESSIVE could not do anything about it. If I like to go further, PROGRESSIVE suggested to file a small claim in court by my own. They just want your money and when you need it, you will be on your own! Go to a real insurance company. I am staying away! Update: I just filed a complaint in BBB, and found 4,381 complaints in past 3 years!!"

"A progressive customer totaled my car with my daughter in the back seat. It was towed to a lot about an hour and half from us. I was told my car belongings would be mailed to me. That’s been months ago and the agent in charge of my case will not return (numerous) calls and emails. I’ve even told them I’d drive to the tow lot if they give me the info, I want my things— no response. Hopefully other agents are more responsive."
