"My 84 year old husband can no longer cut his own toenails, so I took him to Bay Podiatry in Saraland. A wonderful young woman did a great job cutting his toenails and smoothing out the edges. She then rubbed lotion into his feet and nails. Dr. Murphy came in to inspect my husband’s feet and nails. He was very personable and professional and made us feel like valued customers. We will definitely use Bay Podiatry for future foot needs. I wonder if most folks know that Medicare pays for nail clipping if a person is diabetic or is on blood thinners like my husband is because of heart disease."
"I used to see Dr Murphy. It’s been a while and I am now a new patient. have to wait over 3 weeks to see him with a infected toe looking for some one else."
"Dr. Murphy and his staff are awesome ever since I started seeing him my foot dr Rudy from the movie is ehat I call him"
"I can only give them 3 stars, doctor and staff are very friendly, however there is no communication, I just have to wing it on what to do after my bone spur surgery. I had inserts made for my shoes on my first visit and was told after checking on the size they wouldn't know until they came in, 7 weeks later no call and I called this morning and my inserts are there but no one called me and my toe Ive been winging it on how to improve my healing. I was told after stitches and bandage was removed wait a week and I could get it wet but no more information, I still can't wear a closed shoe my toe is still swelling and sore depending what I do. I did order a big toe correction padding to keep my toe straight and its improved from that....... BUT THEY ARE VERY FRIENDLY!!!"
"II started seeing Dr. Murphy four years ago when I'd developed Neuropathy along with the pain and problems I had from this were callous type wounds on the bottom of my feet that would crack open. After two visits I started seeing a vast improvement, it wasn't much longer that the bottom puff my feet looked like I had brand new baby soft skin. Dr. Murphy is the best doctor I've ever been to; he treats his patients with the utmost respect and understanding while he greets you with a big smile and his great personality. He makes you feel at ease and answers any questions you may have while explaining anything in terms that you understand. He has several different locations and depending on what day of the week depends on which one he's in; this makes it such a convenience to his patients. His staff are always friendly and do whatever it takes to help Dr. Murphy's patients. The wait time is great, I've never had an appointmentappointments last longer than 30 minutes and that's everything from registration to being seen. I highly recommend Dr Murphy."
