"Staff is friendly but no one can figure out how to get the drive safe and save discount applied to my account. The bluetooth beacon works and tracks my driving I just dont receive the discount. Update: Five minutes after I posted this they called and said it would be another week before I would receive any discount on my policy due to a system backlog....days after I paid the policy without the discount applied."
