"This place is genuinely a dumpster fire! I’m sure that I would get nicer service from a local crackhead dealer than the lady at the front desk. HEALTH DEPT STANDARDS! I was here for a high school physical a year ago and then today. What does the lady at the front desk try to get? $15 she says I owe on my son from over 8 years ago when he was 7!!!! He’s 16 and turns 17 in a month!!! I asked her to tell me what the charge was. She couldn’t!!!! No record just a number. Nope! No thank you! I wouldn’t come to this place voluntarily if I was in anaphylactic shock!!! It used to be a good place to seek urgent care but even my friends won’t come here any longer. Have a cold? Don’t even try it. No antibiotics, medicine or steroid shots. They’ll just tell you to take some mucinex and it’ll go away. Hello! People don’t pay money and allow you to bill insurance for something they could’ve just stayed home and got for free! Want to see a genuine dumpster fire?! Go here!!! Pitiful!!!!"

"Check in is really easy and quick. The girls working the front desk are nice and approachable. The nurses and doctors are easy to talk to and listen to what you have to say. I don't feel rushed or overwhelmed by to many questions."
