"These guys did an amazing job on my car, it looks like nothing ever happened to it. I took my car here in september and they were honest and told me they probably wouldn’t be be to get my car in to get it fixed until december because of all the other cars they had in line before me. They ended up fixing my car way sooner than expected, they were able to work my car in a little over a month later and got it done quick! I hope i won’t ever be in this situation again but if i am i will definitely be bringing my car back here."

Without going into details, there was confusion on the invoice amount which I ended up paying, but the good part of the story is Butch's Body Shop stepped up and called me the next morning correcting the error. It's not often, actually very rare, when a business takes time to investigate an issue then proactively calls you, apologizes for the error and makes it right. Hats off to the team at Butch's!
