"Dr. Mcdonald was great. came in with severe allergies and sinus infection for 3 weeks.. walking in to walking out , all done within 30 minutes, got a prescription and roid shot for a 35$ copay. 2nd time there, best urgent care I have ever been to."

"I don't normally say anything but my mom is a cancer patient and whoever is your front desk person should be ashamed of themselves. You don't have to be rude remember you will get old one day and someone will treat you the same way. How you treat people will not only come back on you. But it will come back on your children. Remember what a done in the dark will come to the light. It's sad when people can't go to the doctor and be treated nice. If you don't like your job get a new one.."

"****Horrible desk clerk**** Once you make it to the back, passed the absurdly RUDE front desk clerk, the care is excellent! I see numerous complaints on here about her and do not understand how she is still employed! She doesn’t greet you when you enter, speaks disrespectfully to patients and family, is lazy as gully dirt and makes it perfectly clear that certain things are NOT her job!!!! People come to an Urgent Care because they are sick and should not be treated like she treats people!!! I know people have bad days but hers are EVERY day as the reviews reflect!"
