"Words can’t express how thankful I am to have found such a wonderful caring Dr ! They are patient and understanding. The staff is amazing always making sure that they are doing their best to help rather I am there in person or have a question over the phone. Ryan Shannon has been very caring and patient trying to find just the right treatment for me . He is taking his time to run test ask questions as well as answer any questions that I have."

"I have been to this office and saw Ryan twice. My two MRI scans have some abnormalities. My last visit with Ryan stated I would hear back from him in approximately 1 weeks about a possible definitive diagnosis for MS. It is 3 weeks later and I am still waiting. Last Friday, I called the office and the nurse made me feel as if I wasn’t important. I was told Dr Laganke sees about 40 patients a day and sometimes stays up until 2am looking at scans. Apparently, my scan is not one of them because it is 3 weeks later. I work in the medical profession. As a healthcare professional one should always be sensitive and mindful of how you are communicating to your patients.The possibility of being diagnosed is stressful without being made to feel unimportant. Now I am concerned if I am diagnosed is this an indicator what to expect concerning treatment. I have read the reviews but my experience thus far is a 1 star. It is disappointing because my aunt is a patient and recommended I seek care here."

"Absolutely the best neurologist in the entire state. The entire office crew, nurses, nurse practitioners, and Dr's are all Absolutely wonderful! I can't imagine any of these places that gave bad reviews. I could not find a bad thing if I wanted to. And zive been going here since 2006."

"This office should schedule their appointments like the cable/internet companies, they can see you between 8 and 12 or 1 and 5. Ridiculous to make an appointment for 8:30am and here 2 hours later and still no Dr. Maybe we should start billing for our time like they do theirs."

"I cannot express how much I love Ryan Shannon the NP! He listens, cares, and he answered all of my mothers questions (which was a lot) and didn’t interrupt or cut her off. He has the patience of a saint! He explains everything in layman’s terms so us everyday folks can understand. I’m over the moon thrilled that my mom found him!"
