"Beware! Even though you shouldn't normally have to ask what you're insurance is billed, you should ask. Covid test $215, Flu test $175. My insurance even knew this was extreme and still left me with a bill of $175. For cotton swabs in the nose. There should be a required upfront acknowledgement of the prices when they are of this magnitude. This folks.. is the reason insurance coverage has gone to trash. When it was Greater Mobile Urgent Care, I never paid more than my copay."

"They are great. Everyone is very nice and the Nurse practitioner is so thorough and knowledgeable. She explains everything making sure to answer any concerns one might have. They give their complete attention to their patients and make sure that everyone is seen in a timely manner. I've never had to wait long to be seen even when the clinic was full to capacity. I would recommend them before going and waiting hours at the emergency room. They also will assist patients with insurance issues going over and above to see that their services are covered!"

"Excellent!! From the minute I walked in the door, it was great. Rachel, the lady at the desk was very nice and caring. The nurse, Johnna Maples, was professional and very, very nice. The Dr, Leigh Havens, was excellent! She was very caring, extremely nice and totally professional, and fixed me up (I had a bad cut) I would HIGHLY recommend them. AND, I didn't have to wait long..at all. They put me in a room as soon as I got there and it was a very short wait for the nurse and Dr. HIGHLY recommend!"

The front desk person made sure to double check his insurance before seeing us because we were unsure if it covered Urgent Care. He ended up having no copay.
