"Have only been twice and, so far, I've found everyone to be care oriented and just trying to help patients. Do have to say I've been waiting for a week and a half for lab results for a simple CBC...should've been back the next day. Jackson UMMC TRANSPLANT CLINIC is still awaiting these results!!! Potassium was quite high and sodium is a lot lower than normal. These need to be addressed!!!"

"Wouldnt even give them a 1 star if I didnt have to write this review. Will diagnosis you with anything that merely fits what they "think" you have. In the first session I was told I was bipolar, had a personality disorder, and schizophrenic... All in just 1 hr. They will charge and add multiple fees to your account without you knowing unless you check your email. Had an appt set up in 3 weeks.. Canceled it 2 weeks in advance and they charged me a late fee AFTER they sent me a confirmation of cancellation email and everything. Girl at the front desk knows nothing about your account when you call. Horrible place of service. Wouldnt recommend my dog to go‼ Nurse met with me for the first time and only for 20 minutes and she prescribed me a medicine for schizophrenia when she stated out of her own mouth she was not 100% sure I had it....but wanted me to try the medicine and see if it works. Felt like a guinea pig. Feel really sorry for all the people that they have misdiagnosed and put on multiple meds that they did not need. I CAN NOT STRESS THIS ENOUGH... DO NOT GO HERE."
