"The receptionist was very nice, polite, & professional. The biller was a little rude. My flexible spending car was inactive when they attempted to process it so I asked if I could call them and pay on my way out. She said NO you have to pay before you go back. As an established patient with no balance and only a $10 copay, it shouldn’t been a problem."

"Glasses I ordered and what the finished product was was NOT the same. Argued with them for 5 minutes that I did not pick metal frames. I know what I picked, plastic solid black frames but since you have to prepay, you’re stuck with them. Straight told them I do not like them because it was metal frames and it WAS NOT what I picked. No alternative offered. Just an “oh well”. Won’t be coming back here again and if you do, better take a picture of what you pick out when you pick them out or you’ll be stuck with it."
