"With reference to the Callahan Hoover Clinic, I receive excellent care from the Physicians and other Healthcare professionals, technicians, etc. However, the front desk staff is extremely rude, disrespectful and unhelpful. Instructions I received directly from the physician for scheduling follow-up differed from his spoken instructions when I check out. The individual at the desk refused to listen to me and make the appointment at my desired interval, based on instructions I received. I ended up making the appointment when she thought I should have it, went home and called in to change it. The front the staff needs to understand that the patients are not idiots and if there's some discrepancy in information perhaps they should clarify it with the treating physician before assuming the patients are idiots and incapable of understanding instructions they may have been given."
